The registration fee includes attendance at SAT'2026, access to all conference sessions - lectures, YSF, posters; conference materials, welcome dinner on 14th April, lunches (15-17th April), coffee breaks, and a Gala dinner.
For an additional fee, it is possible to accommodate at the conference venue:
Single room: 1100 PLN*
Double room: 850 PLN*
*The price includes 3-night accommodation (14-17th April) and dinner on April 15th.
For Polish participants:
The conference fee includes 23% VAT. Participants who finance at least 70% of the SAT'2026 fee from public funds are eligible for VAT exemption.
The condition for using the exemption is to send a statement, in electronic form, to Stanisław Staszic Scientific Association at geo-staszic@wp.pl, on financing participation in SAT'2026 from public funds, signed by persons authorized to incur liabilities for the benefit of a given institution, immediately after payment. The original must be sent by post. A sample statement can be downloaded here. Please make sure that the statements are issued with a date consistent with the date of payment.
After March 13th 2026 and until 2nd April, 2026, the fee increases by 200 PLN, compared to the amounts stated above.
